We are one of the few representatives registered as trademark and industrial design agents before State IP Office. We are members of INTA and PTMG - the only ones from Bosnia and Herzegovina involved in their activities.
The IP practice group has considerable expertise in all areas of IP. We advise clients from a number of industries operating domestically and internationally and cover all IP related matters arising in trademark, industrial design, copyright from registration to opposition, cancellation, enforcement, renewals, recording of changes, maintaining patents, and preparing and negotiating a wide range of technology agreements and licences. We regularly work on safeguarding brand integrity and handling infringement and other contentious issues through customs and market inspection measures for leading toy and fashion companies, an international tobacco company, food and beverage companies, and a pharmaceutical company. We protect the intellectual property rights of our clients in customs procedures relative to the import, export and transit of counterfeit goods and with the ongoing problem in Bosnia and Herzegovina of unlawful Domain Name Parking.
