The immigration policy of Bosnia and Herzegovina recognizes the contribution of foreign experts and professionals to the economy, yet, despite advancement in the regulation of mobility of workforce, and adoption of new legislation in line with the EU directives, the immigration system in Bosnia and Herzegovina is complicated and full of potential obstacles.
